tiap2 hari kita minum air kan,
tp yg bagus ntok kita minum air banyak2 kn,
air yg terbaek ialah air masak / mineral water..

klu minum air byak tp pd waktu yg salah x guna jgak kn,
hah !

3) 1 glass after taking a bath helps lower blood pressure
